Switchover started as a telephone operator in 2003. Since 2012, we were selected by the national telecommunication company of Moldova as exclusive gateway for the incoming and outgoing international voice traffic.
Today, with absolute expertise and technology, we interconnect both with the major incumbents and international carriers as well as with alternative operators.
In February 2022, we entered into a commercial agreement to merge our Voice assets with 42com International LTD, UK-based global voice wholesale specialist.
The combined powerhouse achieved consolidated revenues of Euro 180 million and terminated over 2 billion minutes in 2021. This agreement, which will take effect on May 1st 2022, will be performed under 42Com legal entity and will give us a material upside under current market conditions.
This partnership will enhance 42Com’s global reach and network in Europe and the CIS, which will complement its recent expansion in the Americas.
